[Doc Request] Add hardware sheet for Lite and Lite Plus

There is no place in the docs that includes the information on the hardware specs like: 
- cpu type + cpu speed
- ram type + speed
- onboard storage capacity + type
- usb port standards (2 usb2 + 1 usb3 on cm4) (1 usb2 and 2 sub3 on rk1)
- which ports are displayport compatible + display capabilities
- gpu
- npu
- etc...
