[Doc Request] What happens when you don't have the correct power supply?

We don't have information about what power supply is needed in the docs and there is nothing that has the updated light sequences for if a wrong supply is used.

A solution would include what requirements are needed for the Blox models and (25W PD), and what are the different light sequences if a user has a weaker or stronger power adapter.
