Create Lambda MVP #1

Inspired by:
https://github.com/AshanFernando/SESEmailForward/blob/master/index.js
- This Lambda should be written in go
- It should have a simple and easily testable interface
- The purpose is to take any input email and forward it to the destination email
- it should preserve who it was sent to for the forwarding user
- It should honor basic spam inspection
- it should log to the lambda output
