Align Collection Module functions with FSharp.Collections #152
Description
Several releases ago F# standardized on the functions and properties available in the collection modules.
This is a call to add the "missing" functions and properties (the ones that make sense) to all the modules that make sense in FSharpx.Collections.
Remember to include tests.
