Find an alternative to SmartCD #111
Description
SmartCD is on dockerizer to allow us attach/dettach local commands (commands stored in "bin" dir at dockerizer). Buy it is sometimes inconsistent. Would be great to have a lighter version of it (extracting the basic functionality), use a different solution based on chpwd or similar, or just write our own solution.
