Default kbm file and Hotkeys on Load

Provide an option to launch kbm on system startup, using either a specified .kbm file or reading in from a default .kbm file located in the home directory of the user. (i.e.A 'default.kbm' file that will be used when program starts)

Launching on startup is something that is handled differently by different desktop environments, so it wouldn't make much sense to handle that at application level.

I can make the program open a user-specified default file when run unless it is explicitly given a file as an argument. The user could then enable launching at startup through their OS/DE and have their hotkeys ready to go.

Using a user-specified file would be a great feature, in addition to specifying that the hotkeys should be loaded when the program starts. I'll update the issue to reflect this.
