Add link to previous project and why we shold migrate to this one?

I don't want to read much code (but I will), but why should I migrate from codex-web-ui?

The old approach makes it practically impossible to implement some features.
This new method supports a file browser, creating new projects, and works on Linux. It uses the Codex app server approach, while the other method relies on patching the Electron app
