Document create comments

Please document the "create comment" switch.

for the "#created with auto2cmake..." stuff.

It may be obvious for the most,
but should be fine to mentioned in --help too.

While I'm quite new to this project, I also was not aware of this. I have been working on making a verbose usage command and creating aliases for the existing commands. I will be pushing this commit shortly.
