Simple listener configuration "default-requeue-rejected" ignored

if I'm not wrong the following setting is completely ignored :

      my-rabbitmq-connection:
        host: localhost
        port: 5672
        username: guest
        password: guest
        listener:
          simple:
            default-requeue-rejected: false

[rwanderc]
