onSlidingComplete not firing in Android

I know that in the description it says that the react-native-snap-slider was developed based in SliderIOS but I was trying to use it on both platforms. In Android, I'm able to create the Slider and load its values, but the onSlidingComplete event is not firing at all.

Did someone manage to use the slider in Android? Could it be something that I'm doing wrong? The exact code is working in iOS, that's why I'm asking here.
