Fix supported platforms

Was already in main docs, this just backports it to the folder of same.

Interoperability between CFML and Clojure is best in Lucee (or Railo) -- in Adobe ColdFusion you'll need to use `javaCast()` quite a lot (because numbers are stored as strings and need converting when you pass them to Clojure or Java).
