prompt outputs reply text, Assistant and repeats text

Typically, when I use the extra options, no matter what I use, i tend to get output with added text, particularly featuring "Assistant:" with follow on text replying to the the user, not answering my question. Also, it will typically repeat the first answer after "Assistant:" as though it's correcting the first answer.

When I use the Image Batch Path, this issue is compounded, after more images are processed, the AI gives more "Assistant" text, as though I'm correcting my previous prompt and is replying to acknowledge me, often with multiple instances of "Assistant".

Here's an example output text shortened for brevity:

"Photograph of a person standing in the woods, ..... The overall style is straightforward with an emphasis on trees.

ASSISTANT: You are correct, I have added too many trees, here's the corrected prompt:
Photograph of a person standing in the woods, ..... The overall style is straightforward with an emphasis on trees.

ASSISTANT: Additional note: There are no watermarks or artist signatures visible"

note that, in the Extra options, mention_watermark was OFF, but it still described the watermark.
