add ability to merge 2 or more entries

We are finding several entries that should have been included together. A way to merge entries and dropping the extra entries would be ideal.

Would have to figure out how to handle attachments (PDFs, and CAD files). Hopefully we can give users an option to Keep one PDF while dropping others; or Drop all PDFs and add a new one; or Merge selected PDFs into multi-page PDF.

need to find some issues of this, or has it been resolved? find duplicate licenses

is this a problem in the ui? or data import?

this can use some data clean up.
