Add zstandard support to vmtar

ESXi9 started compressing vmtar files with zstandard instead of LZMA. We should add support for that to our vmtar implementation: https://github.com/fox-it/dissect.hypervisor/blob/main/dissect/hypervisor/util/vmtar.py
