Option for setting window size before the game starts.

There should be a way for setting window height and width before the game starts in order to better accommodate different users.

I proposed the usage of flags that would allow for that at #39, would that be a good solution in your view?

It would solve the problem, but the way I see it, a main menu, in which you can configure those settings, would be more acessible and easier for the user than the usage of flags.
