Can I help maintain this crate?

I would love to use libarchive in one of my projects, but there are some usability issues with the current state of this crate. I would love to help fix those and get the results on crates.io.

It looks like @albel727 has already improved a lot, so I would start by merging those changes.

If you accept, I could I become co-owner on crates.io and co-maintainer here?

Thanks, that looks nice. It's too high level for my requirements though.

Also, I'd really hope to get the libarchive crate on crates.io up to date under the original name.
