Flex action does not check the Check module

Check.hs seems to be missing when running the test script

FYI, I was able to fix this locally by increasing my internal timeout for the generation process, but this does not work inside the Github runner. There's also no error message, so I'm a bit at a loss what exactly is causing this.

This is going to take a while to figure out.
