Network Tab is annoying. #9736

Description

  1. When using the Network tab while debugging, I expect the recording to be on by default unless I explicitly deactivate it.
But if I leave the tab, the recording stops. It should never pause unless I tell it to. I almost never want to pause it, so you might as well remove that enitirely.

  2. When using the devtool in the web I need to trigger and relaod the devtools, whenever I have a new session of debugging running.
=> The Devtools in the Browser should connect to the running app on reload. I don't want to go to VS Code and open them from there again.

  3. Riverpod is wierdly implemented. I use it as a store in the app. So I want to see all the data in the store when debugging. The event log is ok-ish but shouldn't the main focus of the devtools. Currently I need to trigger the some event on a store so that it becomes visible to select and see what data there is in there.
