Provide simple way to identify output support for logs, metrics, traces

Currently it's not clear how to figure out what events a specific plugin supports.

Which plugins support metrics, which support logs and which support traces?

One potential example is the vector docs that list the supported input types and output types as badge labels on sinks and sources, respectively.

Yeah I was thinking something like that or a table but I'm not an expert in the technical writing domain so leaving it with @eschabell :)

@patrick-stephens and @mheffner please take a look at the fix for this, I've added a HINT section just below the title of a docs page for any intput, filter, or output plugin that I can verify in the code as supporting logs, metrics, traces, and/or profiles.
