Eclipse Designer Installation: Repository location should point to flowable.com/open-source

At https://www.flowable.com/open-source/docs/bpmn/ch13-Designer#installation the link for the Eclipse Designer repository location should be changed to flowable.com/open-source since the flowable.org is not working.
