Feature Request: Ability to Intercept Keystrokes in Real-Time Even When Running in Background #enhancement #help-wanted

Hi,

I would like to request a feature that allows the software to intercept keystrokes in real-time, even when running in the background. Some keyboard mapping software on macOS, such as Karabiner-Elements, can achieve this functionality.

So, I would like to know if this is feasible. This would enable me to send signals and generate sound even when running in the background.

PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING I WILL PAY 100$ MYSELF
this program is necessity for me to use any DAW I like on my MacBook..
PLEASEE I can even pay upfront if I can see whoever forks It for the developer is serious

@leavie @xoxo369 - this feature is already there.. check the settings, click 'keys' tab, then turn on 'keys are system-wide hot keys', using however many modifier keys as you want (need to use at least 1.. would be nice if it also worked without any).
