IR signal repeated when sent using the mobile app

Describe the bug
IR signal sent using the mobile app was repeated, causing action like next/previous channel and up/down volume not working as expected.
Issue not occurred when sent directly using the Flipper Zero.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a saved IR remote on the mobile app
2. Press button like next/previous channel
3. TV channel jumped a few

Expected behavior
TV channel should be changed to the direct sibling
