It is good and useful to add the ability to create a Bundle Offline package file in Warehouse, either relying on the Flatpak build tool or independently. Warehouse supports installing files of the Bundle Offline package type, but it does not support creating a Bundle Offline package. Another feature that could be added is a function where clicking on a program shows the packages that the program depends on
