KDTreeCuda3dIndex: Run many times to build kdtree, it cost more time.

Thank you for your flann, it does work on my tasks. But when I use KDTreeCuda3dIndex， after run many times（about 20000 points to build for 1000 times） to build kdtree, it cost more time to build and search.
