Access Permission breaking files? #61

I have been having issue with my wpfilebase pro since updating. When I set access permissions, the files disappear from the front end. They still appear on the backend. Example : I had a user with role of 'Editor' upload 2 files, even though I had set Parent Folder permissions to Access: Editor, Admin, Subscriber, etc, when she uploaded via the front end file permissions were set to "Everyone" - I could see from the front end of the site that she had uploaded these files. When I went in and manually re-set the Parent Category permissions to what they should be, and checked the box to recursively set child permissions, the files dissapeared from the front end. I can still see them on the back end. I reset permissions to "Everyone" as a test, and still the same. I was logged in as an adiminstrator at the time.
