Files deleted automatically From WP-Filebase plugin #54

Hello
There is something weird going on that may be due to the WP-Filebase plugin.
Twice now we have found that all the files and folders under /frelighsburg/frelighsburg-www/wp-content/uploads/filebase have been deleted.
The first occurrence was on May 24th and then we notice it had happened again yesterday. Investigation showed the files were deleted on the 2nd and 9th of June.
The site is using version 3.4.4 and doesn’t show any updates available.
On the website https://wpfilebase.com/got-wp-filebase-pro/updates/ I see they are up to PRO version 3.4.23 published as recently as 9th June 2017 after a 1 year hiatus.
This update does not mention a vulnerability.
