Add custom vlan id

The new method in osx to adding vlans works good.
a custom vlan option would be useful, where you can specify your own ID (0-4094).
Luminex also allows it, and it would be easy to use for other networks.

for example, the first item in the default dropdown could be "custom", before the default luminex list.

Thanks for the feedback! You can actually already type any VLAN ID (0–4094) — the dropdown is an editable combo box, so you can clear the text and type your own ID directly. But I agree it's not obvious at all. I'll add a "Custom" entry at the top of the list to make it more discoverable.
