File not found exception coming for fullName "Intense.Themes.Navigation" in ARM configuration

I already had Intense framework for Split view in my app. I just added "Ink Toolbar control for Universal Windows apps" from https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/58194dfe-df44-4c4e-893a-1eca40675269

After that app us working fine in x64 and x86 configuration. However, if I select ARM configuration to install app into my Win 10 mobile. It builds fine and deploys the app, but while running the app, it failed with below error:

I just added this InkToolbar control to your Splitview sample. Immediately, i was able to repro the issue. "App on the Phone failing with above exception"

Hello, I think I have the same problem under Windows Phone (Windows 10 no pb) with InkToolbar.

Cannot deserialize XBF metadata type list as 'Navigation' was not found in namespace 'Intense.Themes'. [Line: 12 Position: 37]

Same exception Intense.Themes.Navigation !
