Explore content management systems

Our current contribution process is not easy to understand for non-techies. There are a few content management systems for Hugo which support the editorial workflow using forks. We should explore them to make it easier for users to change pages, especially small changes on the go, optimally with mobile support.

Current issues:

• Each page change is opened as a separate PR. It's not possible to create a booking platform and use it in the same PR (Bundle editorial workflow changes into one review branch decaporg/decap-cms#1025)
• The empty line after front matter is removed with Remark plugin, we should explore the preSave hook: https://decapcms.org/docs/registering-events/
• The new richtext widget doesn't work with custom Remark options, so we stick to the markdown widget for now (Provide custom remark-stringify options decaporg/decap-cms#4601 (comment))
• Decap CMS is not fully responsive yet, but there has been some work on it lately (Make the CMS work for mobile (responsive UI) decaporg/decap-cms#441)
• Preview is currently disabled due to the duplication of code. When we want to add previews, we have to add and maintain a pure HTML / JavaScript implementation of the shortcodes, Go templates can't be used.
• i18n can only toggle two languages and there is no auto-translation available.

We may want to switch to Sveltia CMS in the future, but it doesn't support open authoring yet.
