Hi,
I am recording multi-view time-lapse movies with light-sheet microscopy and would like to reconstruct the different angles using bead-based image registration.
To improve the reconstruction, I would like to define different bounding boxes for each view in order to remove the part of the image stack along the z-axis where the signal becomes blurry (i.e., the region farther from the detection lens). Is this currently possible in Multiview Reconstruction/BigStitcher?
I cannot crop the individual image stacks along the z-axis prior to multi-view reconstruction/BigStitcher, as I need the bead information across the full z-stack for accurate registration between the different angles.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best wishes,
Mette
