README: renumber remaining cross-refs + URLs + Installation Order table
- Cross-link anchors: step-2 → step-3 (Dev Tools), step-3 → step-4 (FidgetFlo), step-6 → step-5 (Productivity), step-8 → step-6 (Telegram), step-9 → step-8 (Safety), step-10 → step-7 (GitHub) - Curl URLs inside each Step body updated to match new folder paths (folders will follow) - Prose 'Step 6/8/9' references rewritten to new numbers (Step 5/6/8) - Installation Order table: rebuilt rows for steps 1-8 + Final, dropped separate Bonus rows, dropped /gitfix from Final - Installation Order footer note: renumbered + GitHub/Safety Check sequence updated - Quick Nav: dropped '(optional)' label from Telegram + GitHub per request - Added `---` divider between Ghostty and Arc subsections inside Step 2
