Add MIT LICENSE; archive completed planning doc

- LICENSE: MIT, 2026 Lorecraft LLC. cli-maxxing had no license file
  until now, which meant strict "all rights reserved" by default.
  Adding MIT makes the repo legally usable/forkable, matching the
  other public lorecraft-io repos (task-maxxing, morgen-mcp,
  motion-calendar-mcp already have MIT).

- docs/README-UPDATES.md → docs/archive/README-UPDATES-2026-04.md:
  this was marked COMPLETED in a prior audit and its recommendations
  have all been merged. Archiving (not deleting) preserves history
  without leaving stale guidance in an active docs folder.
