[Bug]: Non-Modal Dialog doesnt close when you close it quickly after opening

What happened?

When opening & closing a dialog quickly in version 2.0.8 with Mudblazor 7.16.0, I noticed that the dialog doesnt close and becomes unresponsive. This doesnt happen when you downgrade mudblazor to 7.6.0 (I was using 2.0.4/2.0.8)

This still occurs using the lastest versions of both mudblazor & mudblazor.extensions in the repro link
