Duplicate Enchantment descriptions

Enchantment descriptions seem to appear three times in tooltip. Need to identify the sources and attempt to reduce to one.

The Enchantment Descriptions mod is one source. If another mod is providing this functionality, Enchantment Descriptions can be removed.

Quark provides this. Anything else can be removed.
