Validate computation of activity parameters using AtticIvy version 1.2
Check for compiler bugs and possibly fix

Outputs largely different results when using a different number of bootstraps - seems that results get divided by the number of bootstraps. Needs up - R. Musson informed.

Results so far are computed without bootstrapping by RM, so set bootstrap number to 1.

Binning needs to be set to 0.2 based on report by Musson

Completeness numbers may need to be adjusted, not using 4.3, 4.8, 5.3 and so on but rather 4.1, 4.6, 5.1...
