🌍 Overview – Why does this matter?

After performing a search, when the user navigates away and then returns to the Search screen, the search keyword is cleared but the previous results are still displayed. This creates confusion because the UI shows results without any visible query.

• Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open the Feral File mobile app.
  2. Go to the Search screen.
  3. Enter a keyword and perform a search.
  4. Navigate to another screen.
  5. Return to the Search screen.
  6. Observe the search input and results.

• Expected Behavior:

  • Either both keyword and results are cleared, or
  • Both keyword and results are preserved consistently.

• Actual Behavior:

  • The search keyword is cleared.
  • The previous search results remain displayed.

• Environment:

  • Mobile App Version: 1.6.6 (5)
  • Device: iOS
  • Backend: Production

• Notes / Observations:

  • Indicates inconsistency between search input state and result state.
  • May confuse users as results do not match visible input.
