Feature idea: --fetch-all flag.

It'd be useful if, before checking dirtiness of the tree, if given --fetch-all on the CLI args, this tool ran git fetch --all so that a person can sync commits quickly with a new flag.

update: I settled on this lil fish macro. its a lot simpler than changing this super cool tool.
