GPS data with open-licenses

Other GPS data we could use:

• A new global GPS dataset for testing and improving modelled GIA uplift rates. Has vertical velocity rates and uncertainties.
• This is a good one as well, but still not published: https://doi.pangaea.de/10.1594/PANGAEA.935079
• Here is another one we could use with horizontal velocities for East Asia: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-019-53306-y

If the UNAVCO adopts a license, we should add their San Andreas data since it's good quality and has both horizontal and vertical with plenty of data points.
