Bilingual meetings produce inconsistent, mixed-language summaries

Summary

Meetings conducted in two languages (e.g. French and English) produce summaries that inconsistently mix languages. The output is unreliable enough that users fall back to raw VTT transcripts instead of using Char summaries.

Expected behavior

Summaries should either:

• Output consistently in the user's preferred language, or
• Clearly separate content by language, or
• Let the user choose the summary language
