Unblocking extension on Chrome urls / home tab / extension page / everything else blcoked by chrome

Describe the bug
The extenstion is blocked by my browser, which is Google Chrome Version 132.0.6834.160

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On my way to chromewebstore.google.com / home tab / extension page.. ( all of previous URLs visited while using Google Chrome (<browser))
2. Holds down Right Mouse Button and casually drag my mousepointer WHILE HOLDING RMB downwards
3. Instead it right clicks normally.

Expected behavior
Scroll down function to work.

Additional info
Have had this worked on different browser using BROWSER://flags or about:config
something, sadly I dont remember.

Resolve:
Is there any kind soul willing to guide me through unblocking the blocked part?

I don't think this can be done in Chromium browsers.
Each browser is blocking all extensions on their extensions store page as a security measure.
Only Firefox allows disabling this for their store through the about:config page.
