I’m experiencing several problems when using Clicky, specifically related to its integration with Claude (Anthropic). My native language is Russian, and I often work in a multilingual context.
- Language handling issues
When I write messages in Russian in Clicky, the assistant often replies in Spanish, Italian, or English, and only rarely in Russian. It looks like Clicky/Claude does not reliably detect or respect the user’s language and sometimes randomly switches languages during a conversation.
- Context and “memory” issues
The assistant frequently loses context. I can ask it to remember some information (for example, my preferences or details I’ve just provided), but it forgets this almost immediately in subsequent messages. This makes longer conversations and workflows difficult, because I have to repeat myself many times.
- Audio message truncation
When I send audio/voice messages through Clicky, the assistant often says that my audio was cut off or truncated, even though I recorded a full message. This happens quite often and interrupts the workflow.
It would be very helpful if Clicky’s integration with Claude could be improved so that it:
-
Reliably detects and sticks to the user’s language (in my case, Russian) during the whole conversation, without random switching to Spanish/Italian/English.
-
Maintains conversational context more consistently, especially when the user explicitly asks it to remember something.
-
Handles audio/voice messages more robustly so they are not incorrectly treated as incomplete or cut off.
