Built a Linux version of Clicky

I wanted to share that I was really impressed by the original Clicky idea, and it inspired me to build a cross-platform desktop version for Linux first. It uses Rust, Raylib and platform specific tools. It is also fully runnable on Windows.

If there are Linux users and you will find issues I am happy to spend most of my evenings to fix issues and implement new features

nice work on the Rust + Raylib port. cross-platform desktop clicking tools are genuinely underserved, most people default to pyautogui which is slow and fragile.

one thing that would make this way more useful: adding accessibility API integration alongside the coordinate-based clicking. on Linux, AT-SPI2 lets you find elements by name/role and get their bounding rects, so instead of just "click at x,y" you could support "click the button labeled Submit". this makes the tool resilient to layout changes and DPI differences. on Windows, the equivalent is the UI Automation COM API which gives the same structured element tree.

Rust is a great choice for this because the FFI story is clean. on Linux you link against atspi2 via the D-Bus protocol, on Windows it is COM interop which Rust handles well through the windows crate. the coordinate-based approach stays as a fallback for apps with poor accessibility support (games, custom-rendered UIs), but for standard desktop apps the structured path is much more reliable.
