Commands get_data_bacteria and get_data_microbiome not working

Hi,

I'm having some trouble generating the mock datasets given. I'm in nanodisco after using the command singularity shell --no-home -w nd_example since singularity run --no-home -w nd_example would not work- 'runscript is not defined'. While the programme seems to recognised any other commands, it does not recognise get_data_bacteria or get_data_microbiome at all, not even as subtasks. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, no longer using singularity shell and have actually got everything downloaded now, but whenever I use the get_data commands here's what I get:

Hi @killmiinow,

Thank you very much for reporting the issue. We have trouble with AWS data hosting and I cannot sort it out with them easily. I'll try to host the data on another platform and get back to you with an alternative ASAP.

Hello,

I was not able to sort it out with AWS but I'm now hosting the data on Zenodo: https://zenodo.org/records/14518355 . You can retrieve them with:

wget https://zenodo.org/records/14518355/files/data_bacteria.tar.gz
wget https://zenodo.org/records/14518355/files/data_microbiome.tar.gz

Please note that I won't update the container at this time.
