Hi! sorry for the error you are getting. Can you try installing the new version of the package from the development branch and rerun your analysis? (Just remember that in the new version you now have to pass the path to the rRNAs fasta file as well for some of the functions)

I already have the new version. Both dripARF and dricARF produce the same error with output files including PCA
