Input :

• output of spike features + timestamps (?)
• Position feature (from the zmq behavior) - already contain the timestamps

Algo :

• filter out timebin where the speed is upper than the threshold
• create databin for each timebin based on timestamps from both datasets to merge
• linearized positions (?)

Output :

• encoding dataset grouped by a certain time bin with spike feature + linearized position (no timestamps streaming)
