Docs freeze / pull in / reformat for new parser

There are slight differences between what we currently have and what we would need in our markdown.

We would need <hr />s inserted when a markdown file has more than one 'section' eg Constructor, Methods, Deprecated methods.

Also, we need to make sure our headings structure is semantically correct as that can also break the parser.
