Refresh page after config change

After the player or practice config was changed the public page should be reloaded.

Possible solutions:

• Write a special value for nextTraining into JS in stats.shtml and let the user's browser do the refresh.
  Drawback: JSON will not be refreshed until someone uses the website
• Perform a complete refresh after/during saving
