feat(settings): support resetting to default values

By mistake I changed the refresh rate in Settings > Interface and I wanted to reset to the default value, but there is no reset button or default value in the input field description. It would be nice to have a fallback in case of mistakes.

Thank you for appreciating my comment! In the meantime, where can I find the default value of the "Refresh rate"?.
I'm trying digging in the documentation and cannot find info about this field.
Not an expert, sorry if the question is silly.
