Requesting ffmpeg config back

Summary

Hi,

I am aware that the FFMPEG kit config were removed since the library is archived/deprecated. Yet as an expo developer I still can build the binaries and use the library to use ffmpeg, for that reason would not it worth it to keep the config in the project as an example?

Based on the library author, there are few alternatives and open source libraries that can be used for this one which is why it would worth having them back,

They are just a fork of the original ffmpeg kit with the binaries

I'd recommend asking the maintainers of the alternative libraries if they'd be open to adding an Expo config plugin to their repo instead.

@hassankhan thanks, there are no direct alternative libraries, but you need to build the library yourself and host your own binaries!

The one I listed is already doing that!
