Rep Counting Sound Does Not Play Every Rep

The repetition counting sound does not play on every repetition.

Cause may be related to the previous MP3 file firing off and not finishing before the next MP3 fires off, however this was tested during AM workout and it probably isn't this.

This is likely due to the user not reaching high enough in the range. Tested this out locally when bugfixing other issues.
A potential fix would be counting at the eccentric portion of the rep (completeCounter), though that behavior may change in the future towards displaying the rep at top of concentric instead of eccentric, which may be tied to other functionality in the tool.
